Reviews of books

I very much enjoy the rapidly growing genre of "teen vampire fiction". It usually takes me a while to find books in this genre that are worth reading, but once I find one, it's like finding my fix.
I think you know what I'm talking about ;)

On here I list books that I've read before and what I thought of them. I will try not to spoil, but I may give details that might make components of the story clearer than if you hadn't read my review.

Each book is linked to amazon in case you want to buy it for a fair price and read it for yourself.
Enjoy and thanks for stopping by

(Please note all the links on this post just go to amazon's page of the book for sale-you won't be directed to shady sites!)
The Sookie Stackhouse, Books 1-7 series is one well worth your time!  The delicious TV series, True Blood: The Complete Second Season (HBO Series) is based off of these books...loosely.  The director of True Blood took little bits of the Sook Books and put them together a very entertaining show, but it is different story than what's in the books.

I've seen the Sook Books labeled for teens, young adults, mystery, and romance, and I very much enjoy reading them as an adult.

This book series introduces you to Sookie Stackhouse-a telepathic bar waitress, (I know it sounds a little cheesy), and her relationships with vampires (of course), shape shifters, ware-wolfs-panthers-bears-tigers-etc., witches, fae, and I can't even guess what's else is next from Charlaine Harris, (the next book, Dead in the Family: A Sookie Stackhouse Novel (Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood), comes out May 4th this year).  Harris has a easy way of lacing seduction and romance through out these bloody books in a way that will you say, "mmm Eric," (a powerful vampire who wants Sookie for his own).

If you're looking for an interesting read that will make you blush go for this series!

Because the books are not named as #1, #2, #3, etc., it's hard to figure out what their order is.  I listed the correct order from Harris' own website below for your convenience (1st book to most current book out)!
